Record Runs

So, sometimes I run.

After I run, I like to pose and model my sweaty spandex legs. And make a funny face.

I’m not fast by any means but I am not a turtle.
Therefore, I shall use this section as a little motivation to keep running and trying to do well and not twist my ankle or look like a chicken with no head. (I might look like this when I run, it is a scary possibility)

5k

  • Best Time: 21:02 in July 2011
  • Goal Time: I would really like to get under 20, dagnamit!

8k

  • Best Time: 35:24 in May 2011
  • Goal Time: 6:30 pace would be nice. I ran this with an ungodly amount of humid heat, hence my over 7 min. pace! Ew.

10k

  • Best Time: 42:18 in June 2012
  • Goal Time: Under 40 minutes, paaaaleeze.

10 Mile

  • Best Time: 1:11:02 in June 2012
  • Goal Time: Just over 1 hour.

Half-Marathon

  • Best Time: 1:33:51 in September 2012
  • Goal Time: Get under 1:30:00 would be pretty flippin’ amazing.

Full-Marathon

  • Best Time: 3:34:00 in October 2012
  • Goal Time: Under 3:15:00 would be saweeeeet.
